About Product Delivery

If you wish to change your order or delivery address, please do change before paying.  

We aim to process and dispatch your orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and orders placed on the weekend and on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

We use various courier company such as Royal Mail, UkMail, UPS & Hermes depending on the item’s weight and delivery address.

How do I return an item?

When returning an item, you will need to include the following information and email us your request:

1. The email you registered your purchase with
2. Your Order Number
3. What product(s) you are returning
4. The reason for the return
5. What action you would like us to take
